About us

Rob (aka Fred Robbins) is the owner/operator of XXLL INC. and SMART ROOF MANAGEMENT. I have been on the roofs since 1969 starting in Cleveland, Ohio where they actually have Weather! I moved to SoCal in 1986 and worked briefly for several well-known and very successful roofing companies until I established my own business in the 90's. After retiring (well, semi-retiring) around 2004 I got bored and decided to get back into it a few years later and XXLL Inc. was born. XXLL Inc. (aka SMART ROOF MANAGEMENT) is a Commercial, Industrial, Apartment, and Institutional Contractor focusing on Property Services with an emphasis on Roofing. We manage many Commercial Properties' roof systems including repair, maintenance, and complete replacement with hot built-up systems, coatings, and reinforced cold app systems for all types of roofs.
