Mark Howard answered our call right away and accommodated us with an early AM inspection the next morning. He was very professional, well priced, and provided us with a detailed analysis of the condition of the chimney. I highly recommend him.

Mark Howard came out to clean our chimney and install a a set of gas logs in our wood fireplace. He was responsive by phone, provided a quote, arrived on-time, very professional, answered all questions, provided parts at no charge, honored his quote, cleaned up and provided us with a beautiful looking fireplace. The price included the chimney cleaning. He was very nice and I'd recommend him for similar jobs. Very pleased with his work.
