Excellent. Nathan was very efficient and took the time to provide excellent information on how to care for our garage doors.

Nathan is always helpful and patient with my questions. Chris and Nathan are reliable and I have trusted them for over 10 years.

Chris answered my call 8:08, provided me a quote on the phone. I called back 10 minutes later and had an appointment for 2:00-3:00 the same day. Nathan arrived within the 1 hour time window. He explained the quality of springs available (size, length, rotations) and how many cycles it would last. Other companies we contacted explained springs wear at the same rate and it would be beneficial to replace both at the same time. We decided to replace both. Nathan did not have springs sufficient to handle our heavy garage door (285 lbs). Chris (owner) arrived within 10 minutes, bringing the 2 springs, and Nathan installed them in about 40 minutes. He also advised our 17 year old Lift Master motor may not have too much life left on it and provided an estimate, with no pressure.

Quick, responsive and fixed garage door issue.

Service was excellent, appointment was scheduled the same day, Nathan was on time and took care of the problem quickly for a fair price.

Everything went exactly as they said it would.

I was able to schedule the installation for exactly the day I needed.  The installation went smoothly, and the doors are operating just fine.

He worked quickly and efficiently.    He has a nice, low key manner and did not try to oversell.

The sagging flip up garage door made me worried. I called Chris for a quote. He gave me an estimate over the phone for a standard 2 car garage. When he came over, he found out that mine is actually extra height, which needs one more panel. He gave me option of changing the door and opener together or modify the opener for a bit less. I decided to have full system new from him. He gave me 2-year full warranty on everything. This was Oct/Nov last year.
Two month ago, the door stuck. I called Chris late at night. He came the next day and fixed the problem in 5mins. It was a broken wire on one end.
Very good experience with Royale Garage, would definitely use them whenever needed.

The work was good, and they had done what I asked them. Everything also worked after they were done. I would recommend this company.

In all cases they have been prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. Both times that they came to fix the garage doors they were there within a day to get things working smoothly again; they seem to know garage door openers inside and out. When I asked them about the car top hoist, they admitted that they'd never done such a thing before but asked if they could look at the instructions; only after doing that did they agree to give me an estimate for the job, and once again they did exactly what was needed with no fuss.
