We were so impressed with Pegasus's attention to detail and their commitment to making sure everything was finalized just how we wanted it. Working with contractors, there is always a fear that something will be started and not finished correctly (or at all), but Pegasus sticks through with everything and makes the right choice (not the shortcut), so I never worried about being left high and dry. I also found Natalie's design expertise invaluable. She really got to know our sense of style and also our threshold for decision-making, and tailored her suggestions to that, which lessened our stress and helped our home turn out exactly how we'd hoped it would! I recommend Pegasus to everyone I know - they have a well-oiled system for communicating the schedules and are good people who take pride in doing a top-notch job and helping people make their house a home. Pegasus is not the cheapest, nor is it the most expensive, but it's right in the middle, and it's worth every penny for the peace of mind, quality of craftsmanship, and follow through that you get with them - and the knowing that it will be done right. Natalie and Mike are also the nicest people and a pleasure to work with. We will be hiring them again whenever we tackle new bathrooms!

Work was originally done from late 2018 and into first half of 2019. This was a total remodel of the interior of a condominium I've owned and rented out for many years, and it needed a complete facelift. From demo, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, design work, Mike and Natalie were fantastic in helping with all aspects of this major project and even in the purchasing of new appliances, fixtures and such. Also, their support did not end with the completion of project, they were most helpful even 3 years later with some minor repairs. I highly recommend Pegasus for your remodeling needs.

The bathroom remodel went very well (B.C. - before Covid). The contractor, Michael, was easy to contact and was very responsive. The designer, Natalie, was very helpful. We added new projects which they accepted without a problem which all went very smoothly.

As the saying goes, "If mama ain't happy, nobody is happy!" My mom is ecstatic! Mike Davidson and his team completely gutted, designed and built a bathroom that is beautiful, tasteful for the style of house and, while accessible for my mom, looks modern and comfortable for anyone. The attention to quality is outstanding.

I interviewed 4 contractors before I met Mike CEO of Pegasus Remodeling. The presentation of his up to date quality workmanship and a fair price were the reasons why I went with Pegasus. Mike's step by step details was explained to me upfront with no hidden surprises. Mike was a Man of his word and there were no additional charges. All of the employees were on time, hard workers and cleaned up after their job was done. The one picture that I have attached is the baseboards being spray painted. The worker's attention to details protected the floor and walls. I have also attached a couple of pictures of the tile installation which as you can see was OUTSTANDING by a Man with years of experience and also the vanity installation. Mike the CEO checked in every day and made sure things went well. Pegasus Remodeling gave me outstanding service, quality workmanship all at a fair reasonable price within the time frame that was told to me at the beginning. There are different companies out there but NONE better.

Perfectly! Mike is a true professional. He came and accessed the damage. He gave me all of our options and the best way to approach repairing the damage in a timely and correct manner. This saving us money and time. Pegasus Remodeling did an excellent job!

This seems to be a truly ethical company, intent on providing the highest standard of customer satisfaction. Throughout the whole remodel of out two bathrooms, we felt no anxiety that corners would be cut or that the workmanship would be shoddy. Since we are planning future projects, we are delighted to have found them, and am happy to recommend them unhesitatingly.

Let me start off by saying.that I am extremely particular and scrutinize ANY work that is done on my house. I used to be a developer have high expectations My wife and I had a really good idea of what we wanted in our new bathrooms. We wanted the master to have a tropical Tommy Bahama Vibe and our guest bathroom to have more of a "Spa" feel. We had picked out some possibilities for the travertine and layout for both bathrooms. We thought that the blue Big Box Home Improvement store might be a good place to start since there was a location very close to our house. I contacted the store designer and made an appointment for a consultation. A few days later she arrived with a contractor and measurements were taken. A few days later we met to discuss materials. As I said before we were pretty decisive on what we wanted (vessel sinks, pebble shower floors, custom cabinitry etc.) Here was the first red flag. Our choices were limited to manufacturers that the store had accounts with. While they did deal with Bedrosians, they still did not offer the quality of materials we were looking for. When we were told that our only option for sink cabinets were a "special order" pre-fab unit ("finish results could vary from samples"), we were done. I immediately started checking Angie's List, Houzz and Yelp for recommendations. Pegasus Construction appeared often and the reviews were outstanding. I contacted the owner, Michael Davidson, and set up an appointment. A few days later Mike arrived and evaluated our project. I was immediately impressed with his attention to detail. He immediately recognized our vision. He made a few suggestions that were really great. When I brought up the cabinet issue Mike related that all of the cabinets would be custom made. He went on to say that he had several vendors to choose materials from. I knew immediately that we would not have to "settle" in regards to material choices. As an example, we were unable to find flooring that we really liked from any of the places Mike suggested. We found flooring tht we loved at "Arizona Tile".....I gave him the sample and that was it....he mad it happen. On the other hand he took us to a slab yard where we found gorgeous granite and marble that would not have been available at the "Big Blue" store. Mike covered all the permits and scheduling and away we went. We ony have two bathrooms with showers and tubs so we had to do them one after another instead of together so our time frame would be extended. Work got started and pretty much went as planned. We did make some decisions while in progress (upgraded a door, decided to a jetted tub in the master and a few other items) but it didn't slow things up and the crew was not phased. Speaking of the crew......Jose is a master stone cutter and our travertine, granite, marble and flooring is beautiful and very "custom" looking....no "cookie cutter". Andy is a phenomenal electrician. I thought the electrical run to the the jetted tub was going to be a huge undertaking but Andy found an existing unused circuit in the garage and was able to tie in (complete with GFI) and all past inspection. Tanner is a master plumber. With any remodel there will always be plumbing glitches but Tanner nailed them all perfectly. Bart is a jack of all trades who had a hand at virtually every phase of construction. The only glitch was during the wall patch and painting. Mike's normal crew was not available so another crew was brought in. I was a little disappointed in the texture results. In Mike's defense he would have redone the work, but we were running a little behind schedule and it was not that critical. I can, and will, fix it when I have a chance. Mike has assured me that he has secured a different paint crew so I am sure the situation has not arisen since. To put it simply, Mike brought our vision to fruition perfectly.. I am thrilled at the result. All the different tradesmen were excellent. Mike Davidson did a great job coordinating everything. All my friends are amazed at the results and I am recommending Pegasus Remodeling to all who are near Orange County California.

For this remodel, I was not interested in the latest fads.  Instead, I wanted improvements that fit my tastes and be comfortable in the long term.  As a standard for evaluating candidate remodeling contractors, I provided them with a basic written outline of what I wanted, but also encouraged them to propose changes, additions, and to critique my ideas.
Using online reviews and recommendation from friends and neighbors, I ended up evaluating a total of  seven remodeling contractors. With the exception of Michael Davidson at Pegasus, the contractors I evaluated turned out to be either designers or builders. 
I contacted the first four remodeling contractors because of their very high online ratings.  These four turned out to be primarily designers with little construction know-how.  Consequently, they were not good at practical problem solving--a critical part of planning the remodel of this 42 year old house.  Their proposals were rote, poorly adapted to my house, and not acceptable. 
When the online ratings proved not fruitful, I turned to friends, neighbors, and reliable trades people. This produced a new list of
three highly recommended contractors, all of whom turned out to be primarily builder types.  They were all top notch, in high
demand, very knowledgeable, and had much better approaches than the designers.  Of the three, Michael Davidson of Pegasus stood out because he had a very good sense of design combined with practical building knowledge. Consequently, he was much more skilled in developing design solutions that fit my house.  Unlike all the other contractor candidates,
he invited me to review his projects that were completed and underway.  I was impressed with his work and approach.  In the process  I talked with more of his client homeowners and they were enthusiastically pleased with his work. 
When doing the work on my house, he was receptive to what I wanted rather than imposing his preconceptions.   He was resourceful and innovative, devising practical solutions for modifications and designs that were big improvements to the project. He knew the materials and the suppliers.  He took me to the wholesalers to review fixtures, tile, marble, granite, flooring, etc.,and helped me choose by giving excellent feedback on design and explaining the pros and cons of the materials.  As an
example of his helpfulness and attention to detail, we first determined what kinds of colors and patterns I preferred for the new surfaces in the bathrooms and kitchen.  Then he took me to a stone supplier that had the best slabs of marble and granite that fit my preferences.  Among the slabs he guided me in choosing the ones that had the patterns that would best fit the sizes, shapes, and cutouts of my counter tops.  From there he worked directly with the fabricator to assure the slabs were cut to align the patterns in the stone to the layout of the counter tops.  His skilled attention continued to selecting the tile material, color, sizes, shapes, and the tile layout design so that it all all worked together well.
All of this was a really big help that most other contractors would not provide in such depth. He had a very good team of skilled
sub-contractors who offered additional expert advice and did exceptional work.  Through the whole remodeling process he was a pleasure to work with. He communicated well and was a good sounding board for my ideas, giving very welcome feedback--including suggesting better ways.   In the end, all of this produced improvements that were much better than my original
vision, and a quality of work that exceeded my expectations.

All the finished work was wonderfully done. It was fabulous work that far exceeded our expectations and was worth every penny.
Pegasus also fixed various concerns that were not in the original contract but were related to the remodeling we wanted done.
We would highly reccomend Pegasus to anyone in Orange County CA who wants to do a remodeling project. While all the tradesmen were excellent and personable, we were most impressed with Mike Davidson, whose design eye and attention to detail were exceptional. Mike helped us realize a vision and provided critical input that kept us on track. We have dreams of future projects and know we will use Pegasus again for anything we do in the future. 
Use Pegasus; you can't go wrong. They were the best of all the contractors we have ever used.

It went great. There were a couple of bumps but Mike and the team handled them without missing a beat. We had one issue with fabrication of the marble in one bathroom and rather than just trying to make it work, Mike the owner/project manager replaced the whole piece of marble with no additional cost to me. He will make sure it is done right and that the customer is happy. Awesome contractor.

Perfect. On time, the best work I have ever had. I love, love it. Reliable and on time workmen and they always called if they had to change time. Very helpful with design plans and some wonderful ideas. I recommend highly.

Mike is the best contractor I have worked with. We originally hired him to tear down our fireplace that had cracks in it from an earthquake. I interview 4 contractors for the job. Mike was not the lowest quote but in talking with him he seemed to know what he was doing and was not trying to snow me and gave my wife and I some great suggestions. At this time we also had him paint the house as well as install a new patio cover and gutters. Mike was a great project manager and work well with the city to get all the permits for the electrical work need for the fireplace.
Within weeks of Mike finishing the first job our upstairs shower sprung a leak. I called my insurance company and then asked Mike to come take a look. Mike showed up with the insurance adjuster. At first the insurance company only wanted to pay us $10,000 but Mike instated that the insurance company do further test on the water damage and they found water sitting under our shower pan as well s on the ceiling below. Mike was able to secure me $35,000 for a new shower. Mike then worked with my wife and redesigned the bathroom and shower creating a Spa quality bathroom for us while keeping us under our budget.
We are currently planning to do some new remolding and Mike will be the first and only contractor we call.

I can't say enough good things about Pegasus remodeling. We did a complete remodel of the first floor of our house, including the kitchen, bathroom, foyer, living room, dinning room and guest room. This is the first time we have ever done a remodel and had heard many contractor horror stories from friends and relatives. However, our experience with Pegasus was terrific. Mike, who is the owner and president, personally worked with us on the design and the 100's of decisions that needed to be made. He personally took us to the building material and appliance suppliers and gave us guidance on product selection. He is also very knowledgeable about the building codes, so our inspections from the city came off without a hitch. The impressive thing to me was the quality of the workmanship of all his different trade specialists. They took great pride in their work and it showed with the craftsmanship and resulting fit and finish. During the 14 weeks of the project Mike was there every day except two to be sure that everything was being implemented correctly. As customer I also appreciated his timely and frequent communication about any changes to the schedule. Everything Pegasus did met or exceeded our expectations.  I highly recommend Mike and his team at Pegasus. We were so pleased with their work that we are going to have them do our second floor remodel this spring.
