We had pretty good experience with them.

The first time I used them was excellent, but the second time he cleaned my furniture I questioned whether he cleaned some cushions. He said he did, but I don't think he did and I just let it go.

Arrived on time, set up quickly and finished the job in the expected time. Explained what I could reasonably expect and delivered on those expectations. Overall, they did a great job and very friendly service. I do recommend this company.

They were very timely and responsive. They actually came back to re-clean the couch since the fabric came out with a bit of a yellow tint and was blotchy. The couch still never quite came clean.

Our downstairs family room is a heavy traffic area and has a very noticeable soiled spot. Patriot Cleaning used a lot of steam and spot removal solution. The result was not satisfactory as the family room smelled rancid afterward due to excessive moisture. We called Patriot and they promptly came out on a Saturday morning and re-cleaned the family room. We ended up using three fans for 48 hours to dry the carpet. We also used a Shamwow sheet to soak up the excess moisture. The rancid smell went away and the soiled spot came back after a couple of weeks. The carpet cleaning for the rest of the house was satisfactory. We have decided to use another company next time instead of steam cleaning to avoid the moisture problem.

I am very happy with the work performed by PATRIOT CLEANING SERVICES. The rep was very courteous and honest, and utilized very good and powerful equipment for the deep steaming. He moves the furniture as he go along. My carpet was extremely dirty (haven't been cleaned for years), and he went over the worst areas 3-4 times. The price was indeed very good and he even cleaned an extra big rug at no extra charge. My carpet does not look like new, but at this price I can afford more frequent carpet cleaning, and I will use this company again for sure.

I received a discount for getting them both done at the same time. They moved all the furniture requested, and put plastic and styrofoam protectors down under the legs when they moved the furniture back. Great job! I would recommend them and will hire again!
