What a great experience. I would highly recommend On-site Specialists due to its responsive service, knowledgeable staff, as-promised delivery. Overall, they provided excellent products and services at a good price. When George and Rose came out for the consultation we quickly realized that we were dealing with real professionals. Rose identified and advised on issues we never would have thought of. For example, how much should the shades protrude out so it covers door handles, the weight of horizontal blades vs screen, how thickness would change aesthetics , cost of different options...etc...they even gave us style tips - although they would always politely point out that it's just personal preference and completely up to us. We felt so comfortable with them that we were able to leave our house while the blinds were being installed. When we returned the blinds were there. Perfectly done - and this was not an easy job. We have several windows that are floor to ceiling and they differ in length and width. We are in the process of completing part two of our project... Custom drapes for our bedrooms. Great fabric selections and again they were able to design the perfect style for each of our rooms. They definitely exceeded our expectations and it's great to know there are still companies out there that offer the high level of customer service that they did.

I highly recommend them. The owner was very responsible. He responded to our phone calls. He said he would be out on a certain time. He was there exactly on time. He called ahead of time to remind us he was coming. He was very polite and professional here in our home. They did an excellent job of putting things back where they were and cleaning up after themselves. Best of all, the job was top-notch and the price was very reasonable. It’s Hunter Douglas’s top lying window treatment. I found them when I called Hunter Douglas and they recommended them.

George Bahou and his wife Rose run this family owned business.  George made an appt to come out to give us an estimate to clean two sets of custom drapes, (one of which is over ten feet high), and a set of vertical blinds.  He was on time and very polite and knowledgeable.   We decided to use George.  The drapes were ready when promised, but we were not done with the interior painting and crown moulding/baseboards yet.  George was nice enough to hold onto our drapes/blinds for an extra week.  When George came out to re-hang the drapes/blinds, they looked great.  (The drapes are twenty years old and have never been cleaned.)  He and his employee (Ezequiel) re-hung everything without a problem. 
We were so happy with the results, we had George take five more sets of drapes from the house to clean as well.  True to form, they were ready on schedule too and promptly re-hung.  George even altered one of the sets (for no charge!) because another tailor had cut them unevenly.  He truly went above and beyond. 
We would recommend On-Site Specialists and use then again in the future.
