I was experiencing some intermittent shorting of my electrical outlets across my kitchen island. I did some basic tightening up of outlet contacts but to no avail. I had Mr Electric come out and Luis did a great job of troubleshooting the issue, explaining the likely cause and answering all my questions. He diligently took his time to do a thorough job and test results. He answered all my questions and provided me some insights on recent code items that I could consider...especially if I plan yo sell my home. I should also add that Diane from Mr. Electric was able to get Luis to my house the day after I called during a period where 2 other firms responded with a 10 day wait while 3 firms did not return my call. All 6 firms were highly rated on Yelp and ANGI. I considered the prices reasonable and I trust that they back their work. Luis spoke highly of the employer which is always a positive thing to hear.
