I live in an older condo built in the 1960's which was renovated five years ago. I have been having problems with the doorbell and chimes and wanted an electrician to come out and tell me my options. My current doorbell is battery operated but the electrician went up into my attic and found the previous doorbell system which was electric. He will be installing a new wired doorbell kit.

The electricians were very, very honest! I thought I was going to have to replace all my outlets in my home with copper pig tails. But, when they opened the outlet, we found they had already been switched over, and they told me so. (I would have known anyway had I looked.) However, I then had them put in GFIs in my kitchen and bathrooms and also replace some very bad blown-out outlets, making them safe and operable. I will definitely call on Mr. Electric for help in the future.

Mark and his team were thoroughly professional. They did a really good job taking care of my customer. Their work isn't cheap, but I'd rather pay a professional a fair price and have it done right. Mark said this was one of the worst wiring jobs he'd ever seen, and my own production manager agreed. We wouldn't have been able to remodel this customer's kitchen if Mark hadn't straightened out the wiring first. Thanks guys!!!

I knew where the problem was in the outside wiring problem as was able to direct the technician to the site. I felt the fee of $125.00 was significantly overpriced to cut back the wire covering, twist the wires and place a cap over the connection

Responsive. Mannerly. Worked hard to get the job done and pricing was very fair. Came within an hour, finished the job in 2 hours. No add ons, ho additional problems to overcome that might cost more.

Came out on time for a weekend trouble call, with minimum charge of $250. I had to go to work so left wife to deal with contractor. He Spent 2 hours crawling around house and declared it unsafe to fix and then charged $520 for his time but didn't fix a thing. Didn't warn of additional charges either. Wrote a report about problems and need for rewire. Next provider rolled their eyes at report and found and fixed the problem in less than five minutes, a loose neutral wire on a wall plug.
