"[Member Name Removed], it is strange that you have posted this erroneous information since your Mom, who hired us, told me how pleased she is with our work. Your review does not present an accurate account of the situation. Firstly, I seriously injured my knee and had to have knee surgery the week before we were scheduled to start the Bath remodel. I spoke with your Mom and gave her the choice to postpone the work for 2 months until my Doctor's would allow me to walk around or to have us start the work as previously scheduled and have me direct my workers behind the scene. Your Mom chose to have us go ahead since she wanted it done over the summer time and she knew our workers are experienced specialists. I was in communication with your Mom on a regular basis throughout the project. Secondly, we did much more than "a small bathroom". Maybe you forgot that we installed a full set of custom made Maple closet doors and face frames over your entire Hallway closet area and we relocated the water heater to the back wall of the house, including new gas and water lines, new venting and a new water heater. Your Bath remodel was a complete redo which was done with city Building permits and inspections. The remodel included, Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, Painting, Cabinetry, Shower tile, Floor Tile, Custom made Quartz countertop, and a Custom made glass shower enclosure. Every day of the work was scheduled in advance before we even started. Your Mom was aware of the schedule and she and I spoke frequently during the work. Each of my workmen is a specialist and the work had to be done in an organized sequence, which takes a bit longer than when you have a Handyman do everything themselves without permits or inspections. I think you also forgot about all of the visits I made to your house before my knee surgery to work on the Bathroom design and to bring samples of tile, paint colors, etc. I also went to the City and obtained the permit, which required me to do detailed drawings of the Bathroom. In addition, I ordered all of the job materials so you and your Mom did not have to run around getting things like tile, paint cabinets, faucets, etc. I spent more than 20 hours of my time designing with you and your Mom , ordering materials, scheduling the job, and obtaining the permit. I worked closely with your Mom who is the Homeowner and is happy with our work. Your review does not accurately reflect what happened."
