We called Just Right Services because of their A rating. Nick the technician was courteous and helpful. Besides installing the new thermostat, she told us how to run the heater more efficiently after the new thermostat was installed. I would recommend Just Right Services and call them again for service.

Service went well. Services were conducted professionally, punctual/y showing up as scheduled and calling in advance, and completed quickly. Both Drew (owner) and technician were courteous and considerate (e.g., putting on booties so as to not track outside dirt into the house).

I called because one of our air conditioners was not working. Thankfully we have 2, so it wasn't a dire emergency to have someone come out right away. I think Drew came out the next day to check out the problem. I took advantage of the 50% off new customer promotion. The prices seemed reasonable. I was a little concerned that I first called for service, but was then told I had to book the service call through the website in order to receive the promo.
Overall Drew seemed honest and reliable. I would probably use him again in the future. He even gave me some recommendations for some other service providers. I was happy to give our business to one of people local to our community.

He didn't come out but spent alot of time telling me what the possibilities should be. He diagnosed the problem and told me what a fair and reasonable price would be even we are not in his service area.

The services went well. On the second visit, they were a little late, but they called to tell me that they would be. Mitch worked quickly, and explained everything that he was doing or going to do. He cleaned everything, was very careful and aware of safety.
With summer coming, I feel better about using our air conditioner!

We had a leak in an outside wall so we scheduled an appointment with Just Right Services on-line. They responded and confirmed the appointment. Drew showed up in the time frame promised, diagnosed the problem, and provided an estimate. He came back the next day on time and made the repair, tested the water pressure, did a spotless clean up afterwards.

I own a property in Laguna woods village that needed to be up to code with a low flow toilet. I called Just Right Services and scheduled a time to check out what needed to be done and he gave me an estimate free of charge. I decided to have the work done and scheduled an appointment. The technician Drew showed up at the scheduled time and was very professional. When he came in the house he covered his shoes to not track in dirt. He replaced the toilet and also fixed the toilet in the other bathroom with new parts and also fixed the shut off valves. Every thing was done professionally and on time and I would use his services for any other problems I might have in the future Job well done.

I had called several air conditioning contractors for quotes on a new a/c because it was not working. The system is about 15 years old and rusted outside so I figured it was time for a new one. I got quotes from other repairmen for $9000- $11,000. When I called Just Right, he suggested that he look at the a/c before he gave me a quote. He said he could repair the a/c for $500 ! instead of replacing the whole unit. WOW was i suprised. No one else bothered to look at repairing instead of replacing. They saved me THOUSANDS!!!! and they gave me a 5 year gurantee on the work. He also gave me a quote for a new system and it was $7000, $2000 less than the lowest competitor, and was the same brand of equipment the others were using (no cheap stuff).
Needless to say I was impressed with their service and more importantly i was impressed with their ethics. I was so impressed with the service, that I had them look at a pesky leak i had in the garage. It turned out to be a slab leak which he was able to locate in 30 min and repair the next morning. He gave me a great price on that and suggested we not submit to insurance so I would not be blacklisted. The repairs were very close to what our deductable would have been anyways. I will review that repair fully in a seperate review.

We have used Just Right Services for a long time. He has installed our HVAC system with a more efficient system and did extensive renovation of our duct work and installed a new heater/air conditioner. We have since used them to evaluate the overall performance of the system and recommend any changes to the settings, system components, or any maintenance needs. He is very knowledgeable and we trust him implicitly. In addition we contracted with them to install a new electrical line and rapid charging station for our electric vehicle. He was prompt and attentive in giving the estimate and in doing the work. The work was done very well and efficiently. The overall product looks great and works very well. The job was complicated by a long lead necessary to get the station on the correct side of the garage and the need to install additional breakers. He did a great job and we are extremely pleased with the service. We will continue to use Just Right Services in the future and will recommend them to friends.
