 + -1 moreIt is a small office, so they never have enough staff that help all the people that come in, you will have to wait. Their pricing definitely is good. They had the special sunglasses.
Description of Work: I got my glasses prescriptions there.

 + -1 moreWe purchased Chris Madden blinds, they came out and measured and installed them for us. We are very happy with their service. They are convenient blinds because they are cordless and you just push them up from the bottom. We are very happy! We got a great price from them.
Description of Work: We purchased window blinds for 4 rooms (with a lot of windows) of our home.

 + -1 moreI am very happy with the service and quality of products that I received from the personnel at JC Penney. I received the custom blinds very quickly and the custom shade came 3 weeks earlier than I expected. The installers were also prompt and efficient. An overall very good experience.
Description of Work: I ordered a custom Roman shade for my window as well as 3 custom sets of mini blinds for other windows. Nancy came and measured and gave me decorator advice especially for the Roman shade. Jeff was the one who measured for the blinds.
