It is a small office, so they never have enough staff that help all the people that come in, you will have to wait. Their pricing definitely is good. They had the special sunglasses.

We purchased Chris Madden blinds, they came out and measured and installed them for us. We are very happy with their service. They are convenient blinds because they are cordless and you just push them up from the bottom. We are very happy! We got a great price from them.

I am very happy with the service and quality of products that I received from the personnel at JC Penney. I received the custom blinds very quickly and the custom shade came 3 weeks earlier than I expected. The installers were also prompt and efficient. An overall very good experience.
