 + -1 moreHe is very personable and very customer friendly in that he will bend over backwards to respond quickly to calls for service and is fair and upfront about the rates he charges. He performs quality work at a reasonable price which is all that I seek when I hire a plumber.
Description of Work: First used James J. Marx , or JJ, in the summer of 2009 when he came recommended to me for plumbing services pertaining to a kitchen remodel. He did a great job and I have since used him to install two water heaters (one for my daughter's house), repair a pin hole leak of piping in the garage and to repair a toilet in June, 2012.
