Our condo roof leaked and caused interior mold damage around the windows. We had to work through our Association to get the work done. First they fixed the leak in the roof at a time when there was quite a lot of rain. After the roof was repaired, then they came in and fixed the warped and moldy window casings around the windows in the corner underneath the leaky roof. The work was done promptly (given the rain and once the Association gave approval), and the gals at Fontaine always kept me apprised of what was going to be done when. They were also very considerate of the tenant and very good about working around the tenant's schedule. I do not know what the charge was since the Association paid (or maybe the insurance company paid), but the work was done well, efficiently and timely. I would recommend them.

Execellent! We have two more areas that need to be repaired and I will be calling them again in June or July.
