Work was done well and in time.
Only issue, the lady that took my order tried to push the complete change of glass and capacitive screen (which in the end I wanted to do but the point is) sh did not suggest only the replacing of the cracked glass which is cheaper. I knew this was an option because I had that done exactly on the same phone (yes :-( second time) and the _guy_ that took my order that time offered me that option as well.
That is why I rated professionalism a little lower.
