I've been looking for a new auto repair shop and happened to need two tires. This shop had great tire prices so thought I'd give it a try. The tires were good and the price was right but I'll never go back to that shop. Replacing two tires is a relatively simple process. I was told it would take 45 minutes; it took two hours. When I got home I checked the torque on the lug nuts. I do this routinely after having anyone do wheel/tire work on my car. I learned the hard way that over torquing the nuts can damage the wheels and can warp brake rotors (these are very expensive to replace). The nuts were so over torqued I could hardly loosen them; they even popped the top on one of the nuts! If I can't trust a shop to do a simple task without such shoddy work, I can't trust them to do ANY work on my cars.
