Entry Systems continues to exceed my expectations on service. The 2-Car garage door spring broke on a late Friday afternoon stranding one car in the garage. I spoke with John from the company early Saturday morning and by 10AM he had replaced the spring. A huge thank you to John for handling my problem expeditiously. I have been a customer of Entry Systems for over 20 years.

Garage Door Opener Installation and Replacement
I called in the morning, spoke to Gaby, whom was very polite, professional and setup the appt the same day. John was timely, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Assessed the problem and resolved immediately as he had the replacement opener and keypad on his truck, ready to install. Setup the keypad and coded all the cars...impressive.

Gabby was great in setting up our appointment and ensuring that the need parts were available (this was a replacement job for a 13+ year-old opener). John, the technician who did the install, was also great. he showed up earlier, answered all of my questions, was very professional and cleaned up everything before he left.

Door sensors were relocated from rails to wall. This was done to correct door not closing sometimes. Also checked door balance and lubricated where required.
