I cannot say enough nice things about David and Elliott. We had tried three or four other Geotechnical firms and none of them understood the problem nor did they propose the right solution to find out what the root cause would be.From day 1 Elliott was completely devoted to the project and fixing what was wrong with the house. He was thorough, caring, responsive and brought his team together to 1) determine exactly what was going on 2) determine the best and most cost effective solution to fix the problem 3) Help us along the way so that we did the repairs correctly, precisely and exactly to spec.The process was not cheap but again we have a large property and because of the specific situation there were many hours involved over a period of months to solve it.My views are pretty simple on this company, if you have any foundational or soil issues with your house this is the very best firm in Orange County to hire to fix them.
