Kevin was the only company who would come out on a weekend when my air conditioner broke down during a hot spell. He arrived promptly and tried to get the unit working on the spot. However, the motor was shot, so he disabled it so that it would try to run needlessly (blowing hot air, which is what it had been doing). He ordered the part and gave me an exact target date for delivery, which was about 2 days later. He again arrived exactly when promised, swapped out the new motor for the old, and had me up and running again in no time.
I truly appreciate the service and the fact that he came out on a weekend, when other companies just put me off, wouldn't call back, or just made false promises. This guy is one in a million. I really recommend him. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Couldn't ask for more.

Kevin came over and gave the best quote I had seen for replacing the condenser and coils.  This was for a slimline unit, which takes less space, since I don't have much space to work with.  Consequently those units cost more, so if you have the space, your estimate might be less.  A few days later a couple of his guys were back with the unit and had it installed.  We have been running the unit solid
for almost a month, so it looks like it was installed correctly because we've had no problems. I think Controlled Climates is probably the low cost leader in this area so I would definitely give them a call.
