California Sunset Tile

In general, the experience went well. The price includes all of the materials as well as the labor. It was my first remodeling job ever so there were a few questions along the way, but the contact person, Paul, was wonderful. He initially took the measurements and throughout the project, he was very quick with responding. Alejandro, the technician who tore down our old bathroom, was fastidious and really cleaned up well after himself. The master tile layer, Jose, was fantastic as well. He was incredibly knowledgable and really knew his work. The technician who was in charge of various electrical and plumbing work, Luis, didn't do a very good job. He didn't clean up very well after himself, either. For example, the thermostat for the heated flooring was installed in a very awkward place. I had to call in my electrician to figure out what the electrical problems were. The project ended up taking a little longer than expected, but that was because the hardware and supplies were a little late. Those were the only issues with California Sunset and Tile. Overall, I'm satisfied with their services.
