 + -1 moreC&C installed a tankless water heater to replace an old gas heater with a tank. Installation required a pump and piping to drain outside costing an additional $1350. I had a recirculating pump to make hot water quickly available to the whole house. Irish, the installer, said I did not need the recirc pump because the Navien Tankless WH has its own pump. But the pump in the WH only circulates internally and not through the whole house. Now it takes up to 2 minutes for the water to get hot and we waste a lot of water. I asked C&C to reinstall a recirculating pump so the water would recirculate through our existing system and would be hot faster when needed. After an email, several texts and a phone call, I have had no response. This indicates that if you need anything after installation, C&C does not stand behind their work even though I would pay for the new water pump. I prefer to use people who will respond after installation and will not go back to C&C or recommend them for anything.
Description of Work: Install new tankless water heater and drain line. The existing recirculating pump should have remained but it was removed and not replaced.

 + -1 moreMy husband and I were considering repiping our home, so we were happy to find C and C Plumbing thru a referral. Although we did speak to Cameron earlier in the week and arranged for a Saturday appointment, we didn't hear back from them and they never showed up despite my phone and text messages. Ironically, we were looking forward to writing a positive review after the service was performed.
Description of Work: Unfortunately, nothing. They never called back or showed up for our appointment this past Saturday.

 + -1 moreProvider was late because they got lost but only by 15 mins. He did a good job adding the valves but the flushing of the valves was left to be desired. We had a metal smell in our pipes for two days. I went online and found that our Noritz tankless heater must continue to stay plugged in for it to work properly and close off all valves to the house which he left one of the valves open.Overall I believe it was just a mistake but overall satisfied, they were a little expensive with the price but I used him to check my toilet and back pressure so I believe I receive good value out of the cost.
