For the last several months the intercom unit that controlled my doorbell chime was not functioning. My electrician recommended Builders speciaties to come in and evaluate the problem. Initially we thought that it was just a bad unit, but we later discovered that the wiring had also been damaged during a previous home repair project. Lou worked with me to find the problem, and even waived several hours of fees when he cold not initially discover the problem. Lou rewired several of the other intercoms in the house, and repaired two of them. He returned with an assistant and installed the new unit, completely rewired the damaged line, including custom ordering the intercom wire, locating the break, and installing the new wire inside and outside of the house. The new unit works perfectly now, both as a door chime and a** an intercom. 
While Lou was here he also diagnosed and repaired two non-functioning telephone jacks that had been disconnected during the upgrade of my alarm system. I was thrilled with the professionalism and determination that was displayed by Lou Valderrama during these projects, as I was already aware of some of the quirks in the wiring of my house. I would happily recommend him for anyone who needs a true professional who is proficient in a wide variety of electrical and telephonic wiring systems.
