Came to the house, looked at the work and said one day's work for his team, after I agreed, Steve took off to get materials and left one worker preping the deck. Steve returned about 1 1/2 hours later with materials, worked for about 1 hour, then took off for more materials, gone for about 3 hours. At the end of the day, not even 1/10th of the work had been done. Lesson, if you use him, get a price for the job, and put it in writing, otherwise, he will milk you as he did me. I hired someone else today to finsih the work.
