First, Bob prepared drawings of our house redesigned in an arts & crafts style, he made changes according to our remarks. He also gave us advice about some of our design suggestions & their resulting costs, so we changed our mind about adding these elements because of cost. Then he coordinated all the design consultants' work that were required for city agency reviews, got all the plans together & brought them through for approvals. He gave us names of contractors to get prices for the construction. During construction, Bob drew up some changes that were necessary or because of our request.
