Rick Balzer

My friend used him to buy a house and I am using him to sell my house. My house is fairly complicated because in Laguna Beach many house have some geological questions and mine is included. This is a tough market and it is very hard to figure out how to price things. Timing and presentation are very important. Mr. Balzer is just extraordinarily professional and diligent. He is resourceful and honorable. He is the only person that I wanted to work with on this because I wanted to make sure that we did full disclosure on my house. Not everybody would be as determined to do this as fairly as he is. I talk to him about every other day and we may have a deal, but even if we don't he has done it in a very professional way and if not, we will start over. I completely trust him to represent me. He gets right back to me when I call and he gives me very detailed updates. He gave me some recommendations for some work that needed to be done.
