+ -1 moreExtremely well. Michael is a talented, creative and thoroughly professional architect. He was personally involved in the project from start to finish. He was very responsive to my need to stay within budget and was creative with economical solutions to many issues. For anyone who wants creative contemporary architecture with lasting appeal, Michael Reynolds is the man.
Description of Work: Michael Reynolds devoted several years, off and on, to working closely with me to design an extremely creative contemporary duplex of 3348 sq. ft. on my small 30 x 118 ft. lot in Corona del Mar. He was very patient, responded to my ideas and suggestions most professionally, personally prepared all the blueprints and a cardboard model of the final design, attended meetings with the City Planning and Building Departments, helped to select the general contractor, personally visited the site many times during the construction and has followed up after completion on further enhancements to the project.
