Maximized value by identifying market and marketing strategy and showed the property in its most favorable light. Used diligent efforts to ensure that the property, which was vacant, was secure and available for viewing by prospective purchasers. Was always accomodating to my needs and concerns, easy to reach and diligent in communicating with me across the country. Result was a quick sale at a good price.

Could not have been better. And this was after working with another agent who was not proactive and only reacted when I asked a question. The former agent did not present any properties that were not already avaliable on the open market.
