He does a lot of waterproofing of roofs and decks, and was recommended by the general contractor who worked on my house He came on a Friday or Saturday and brought one other guy with him. They worked pretty much non-stop until the job was done. He came out a couple of days later to put another coat of the stuff. It was a multiple-day job. He was super-friendly and professional, and the guy that he brought was also really cool. I think I had an old dishwasher that they offered to take away to dump for me. He didn?t charge me for it - I thought that that was pretty cool. I?ve been walking around on my flat roof and the deck that he did, and haven?t noticed any problems, cracks or anything like that. I was thinking about calling him back because I have another flat roof above my living room that I am concerned about. The flat roof has a scupper kind of thing on the side where the water is supposed to drain out into the rain gutters but I don?t think it does. The water gathers out there. I am concerned about this old tarpaper-gravel stuff, which is kind of old-technology. I am having him do the other roof as well. He is pretty cheap, and I am very pleased with the work that he has done. I would rate him highly.
