One Stop Maids

As noted, I have used them on several occasions and would not hesitate to use them again.  And as mentioned, discuss your expectations and requirements with the contractor.  Don't assume they have the same ideas as you.

When Olga arrived she completely insulted me regarding my home.  We have two dogs and the house often smells like we have two dogs.  She was at my home for about four hours and in that time she only cleaned my bathroom.  It seemed she was doing some other stuff in other rooms, but I'm just not sure what she ended up doing.  She did not dust.  I had to have my dad and sister come over to clean my kitchen, family room, and vacuum after we had discovered she had not done all she said she would do.  In fact, it was so bad that during the party my sister looked over at a table with photos and was appalled by what she saw.  She snapped a photo to show me the horrible amount of dust.  Olga did not even try to make it look like she dusted.
When I contacted her via email to let her know of my disappointment she blew me off stating she did all she could for me.  My house was perhaps a bit worse off than usual because I was focused on planning a party and knowing I had her coming I let the housework slide.  But, when my dad and sister cleaned it took them about ten minutes to get the kitchen and family room looking decent.  Dusting the living room would've taken another ten to fifteen minutes.  A full half an hour would have had those rooms looking nice.  She didn't even touch them.
It seems Olga is really only interested in high end homes that are mostly clean to begin with.  So if you are already cleaning your home and have money to burn, go ahead and burn it on Olga.  She did a nice job on the bathroom; it's just too bad my guests had to look at my dusty living room.  It was a special time to celebrate my oldest daughter and I ended up in tears over the state of my house.
