The whole process of completing a series of unpleasant home repairs in time for the close of escrow generated a lot of anxiety in me. In addition, the contractors originally recommended to me were unwilling to take on the task. Once I contacted Buzz Diorio of Diorio Construction (a referral from one of the general contractors who refused the job), he agreed to do the work and did everything he promised including starting work at the time he promised. When there were difficulties finding what had been identified by the termite inspector, he tracked down the inspector, met him and worked out what needed to be done. Though I didn't know what to expect because he was very informal when we met him, he proved to be a conscientious, true professional. And his pricing was very fair.
