+ -1 moreI have used Andrus for a number of years and have always been pleased with their work and professionalism. However, I'm not sure how their prices compare with other plumbers. Workmen have always been pleasant and answered all our questions about the work.
Description of Work: Installed faucets (we provided) in 3 bathroom sinks and cleared the drains. They also replaced 12 shut-off valves in other locations in the house.

Description of Work: Our Tankless Water Heater has not been functioning properly. Every day it needed to be unplugged to be re-set to make water hot. Andrus had been last plumbers out here. So, they came out and spent 1 hour and 5 minutes on phone with manufacturer and solved problem! They chEckEd to makE surE ALL plumbing was working perfectly beforE lEaving. Cleaned entire area, anD therE was NO CHARGE!!! LOVE THAT!!

+ -1 moreIt was a nightmare - We have used this company for blackflow inspection and they were awful at that also.
Description of Work: They were suppose to come and change out some bathroom faucets - when they arrived they told me I needed different faucets than I had gotten so I paid the charge for them coming, which would be deducted from the final bill and purchased what they told me to. They returned - never any where close to the time of arrival specified by them. He dismantled everything, breaking existing parts, and then told me they would not work. I had to go purchase parts that were broken to reinstall existing faucets. All the way along I was charged. He never told me it could not be done. What a rip off. Also incompetent!
