I use them all the time. The price was reasonable. We have been using them for years and they come out on weekends and emergencies and almost anytime you want them out. They will work you in and take care of you. We have had them replace sewer drains, pipes, hot water heaters and everything else and they are just top quality. I have had other plumbers and their prices are about the same. They back up everything while doing it, and if it doesn't work right, they back up and take care of it. We called them yesterday and they were out within an hour. They give you a time window and then call 15 minutes before they are going to show up. They are top quality. It is a family organization with the father and two boys, and they have others come and work with them.

The job should take less than an hour. He charged for 1.5 hours at $100/hour, because he included all time from arriving at door and pleasantries. Actual labor time was less than an hour.

IT WAS JUST ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT. WE'VE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS AND YEARS, PROBABLY TWENTY YEARS OR MORE. YOU CALL THEM, AND THEY RETURN YOUR CALL IMMEDIATELY AND SCHEDULE A TIME USUALLY IN THE NEXT DAY OR TWO. THEY COME OUT AND DO THE JOB. THEY ARE GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY CAME WHEN NEED THEM. I LIKE THAT THEY CAME BACK ON THEIR OWN ACCORD TO CHECK TO SEE IF EVERYTHING WAS WORKING PROPERLY. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT IT WAS AN EMERGENCY.
