What a pleasure. Stefano arrived promptly within the scheduled 2 hour window. He was courteous. (1) -- the Moen complicated shower faucet that another plumber had tried to fix, and failed (and charged me for his time). Stefano fixed it! I watched and was impressed with how carefully he worked. (2) I needed a valve inserted into a copper pipe. Stefano installed it very quickly, using a hi-tech compression joint. It would have taken much longer to do the job with solder. Stefano just charged me for his time and materials. I couldn't be a happier customer. Maybe just doing the job promptly for a reasonable price shouldn't be considered a big deal but, based on other experiences I've had ... it is! (Note -- does not accept credit cards but cheerfully accepted a personal check.)

It took them 15 minutes so we paid them $50. I would highly recommend them. they were very good and efficient.
