One had a very strong odor of dog urine. He felt he couldn't get the smell out satisfactorily and didn't charge me for it! The other was cleaned beautifully.

They were easy to reach and on-time. They were courteous and didn't leave a mess. They didn't seem to rush and yet, they didn't take forever.

They were due to arive at 11 AM, and 10 minutes before they were due to arrive, I received a call informing me they would be about 10 minutes late. I found this to be refreshing since usually, if the provider of many services is going to be late, I get the call after they are due, or not at all. Stephen first told me what the cost would be before starting and explained that some of the spots in the carpet would probably come back because the soil had reached down into the padding. None of the previous carpet cleaners never explained that, just told me they couldn't get the spots. I was told not to walk on those areas until the carpet was completely dry. I had never been given that information by any other carpet cleaners I had hired previously. He was courteous and worked quickly but thoroughly. After he was done, he told me to call if the spots came back, and he would come back. We had moved some of the items out of the rooms beforehand, but he moved all of the furniture that needed it. I have used many carpet cleaners, but Siggy's was the best by far.

Professional guy showed up on time and worked tirelessly. He set up a protector on the floor to not damage the wood or the corners. Absolutely amazing results. We were were able to set up a service easily and quickly which was a big help because we our home after it had been a rental for a few years and whoa, damage had been done. Ugh. My husband had wanted to go ahead and buy new carpet but since we are doing a remodel in a few months I wanted to try cleaning first. Absolutely amazing results! The cleaner fellow gave me a tip on what product to use for spits in the future, too, because I had used Resolve and faded out an area. I'd never had trouble with Resolve before but he explained why it should not be used.
I had done my own carpet cleaning before at previous house with a rental carpet machine. It was not even close to performing what this service did for our carpet and I am careful about following directions. Thanks to Steam cleaning, I am not afraid to walk barefoot on this carpet while we wait for the remodel.

It really needed done. They did an excellent job. They were efficient. They got done quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area looking to get their carpets cleaned. I would use them again.

They responded quickly and worked my schedule into their schedule.

They were punctual, polite, professional and fairly priced. I am concerned about environmental issues and am pleased that they don't use harsh chemicals.

They bid the job fairly, and they did everything in a professional and friendly way. There's not much more you can say about carpet cleaners. We've been using Siggy's for many years.

My experience has always been good.

The gentleman from Siggi's was a bit late but well worth the short wait. He was professional and honest. After surveying the two rooms to be cleaned, he told me that he wouldn't be able to get the foot path dirt completely removed from one room but would try his best. He moved some furniture for me and was done in one hour. This was the first time we'd used Siggi's and I requested that the carpets be left as dry as possible, a problem that we'd had with a previous carpet cleaner. Considering that the carpets are old and will have to be replaced soon, he did a great job and the carpets were dry within 48 hours. The price was a bit more than we've paid in the past but still very reasonable. It was a pleasure to do business with this company and we would certainly use them again.

SIGGY IS ALWAYS ON TIME AND WORKS REALLY HARD ON STUBBORN STAINS. I HAD A RED SPOT THAT NOBODY ELSE COULD GET OUT AND HE WAS ABLE TO REMOVE IT. THEY ARE ALSO VERY COURTEOUS.
