I have 24 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry, including 17 years in property management working for a national builder & developer and 7 years in residential sales. After a successful career working with institutional investors, I shifted my focus to individuals, single family homes and 1-4 unit investment properties. It has been a natural transition from multi-family to residential sales. I have built a consistent, successful track record over the last seven years working with buyers and sellers in residential real estate as a Realtor, previously with Keller Williams Realty and currently with Re/Max Accord. I specialize in the East Bay Area of Contra Costa county including Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Concord, Martinez, Lafayette and, as far as, Brentwood, Antioch, Oakley and Pittsburg.
