Installer was congenial and neat on 1st job. Had he not been pressured to meet a deadline on the 2nd job, I feel the situation might have been different. However, I resent that the owner was so unprofessionally rude to my daughter and was not interested in satisfying a potential return customer. They will never get my bay window!
