LAFAYETTE PARK HOTEL & SPA

The Spa at the Lafayette Park Hotel is a relaxing get away, even if just for a short appointment, like mine. I have had several massages (prenatal, couples, and aromatherapy) there before, which were enjoyable and professional, albeit pricey. But you get what you pay for with spa treatments, so it is worth it. I always book just by giving them a call. I have never had a problem getting an appointment, even if I call only a few days before. The receptionist is always courteous and respectful. The eyebrow wax was great. Reasonably priced given the location (in a resort/spa). The woman who did the waxing was great--we discussed my face shape at length, and she talked me through her thought process. She incorporated my desires with what would "work" with my face (I love thinner brows, but my face shape doesn't lend itself to that. We found a happy medium). Love the valet service--remember to tip your valet! I will definitely return for a brow wax and a massage.
