About us

We provide full real estate services for Home Buyers and Home Sellers. We offer Buyer rebates on all home sales. Meaning we will help pay for your closing costs. For home Sellers we will list and sell your home for 4.5% which includes all real estate agent fees. This is a full service. We also offer Property Management Services at a flat rate of $145 per month no hidden fees and is paid once a tenant is in place.

Yes, I recommend this pro
Dana has been a Property Manager for me for many years now and she is good for me and my tenants. Dana helps me with my legal landlord rights, as well as helping me stay legal and fair to my tenants. She does all the paper work for me and sends it to me for my approval before sending it on. Any problems I have with the tenants, I can pass on to Dana, and she will either take care of it for me, or make a recommendation that I can use to make things better. I find Dana to be easy to talk too and good at problem solving. She is also a tax right off!
