Steve is a delightful guy, friendly and competent. He enjoys his work, and he is a fine piano tuner. He finished in less than an hour, and the piano sounds great.

Steve was able to come right over when he said he would. He was not only pleasant, efficient, but you could tell that he really enjoys providing a quality service. And along with the tuning, he provided a lovely piano concert!

Steve Benjamin knows pianos inside and out! I thought my piano was built in the 1930's, he took one look and told me it was built in the late 1800's; then showed me in a book he brought with him. He told me the history of the piano company, and even about the wood that it was built out of. He is very knowledgeable.
I really liked his approach and enthusiasm. He tuned the piano and looked at some of the other issues we were having. He gave me a breakdown of repairs and a ranking of what he felt was worth fixing and what could be put off or not done at all. He believes in quality work and I trust he would do a fantastic first class job fixing up this family heirloom! I highly highly recommend him.
