 + -1 moreSteve Benjamin knows pianos inside and out! I thought my piano was built in the 1930's, he took one look and told me it was built in the late 1800's; then showed me in a book he brought with him. He told me the history of the piano company, and even about the wood that it was built out of. He is very knowledgeable. I really liked his approach and enthusiasm. He tuned the piano and looked at some of the other issues we were having. He gave me a breakdown of repairs and a ranking of what he felt was worth fixing and what could be put off or not done at all. He believes in quality work and I trust he would do a fantastic first class job fixing up this family heirloom! I highly highly recommend him.
