They're local. They had been cleaning the pool when we bought the house. They come, they clean, they go. It's very low maintenance.

Unfortunately, they were not really reliable, and that is why I changed providers in June. They were not coming out when they said they would. The guy did not know stuff, and all he did was clean the pool. When I asked him to do some service on the equipment side, he said that he did not know anything about the equipment. I paid $90 a month, and their price was competitive. I started to send the check to them by registered certified mail, and they refused to receive them; it wasn’t very good.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend All Clear to others. They are among the few service providers who will bundle maintenance of the pool with maintenance of the spa.

This firm is handled by a single guy who employs great people. They are very honest and punctual. They are always ready and willing to fix all the problems and figure out the problems very well.
