They do an OK job. They show up every week without fail (except Thanksgiving & Christmas weeks). Sometimes the skimmers are not emptied. Major repairs to the pool plumbing are beyond their skill set. The technician and day of service may change without notice. Todd, the owner, is hard to reach. He never answers his phone but makes you leave a message and he does call back. He is also reachable by email. But if you need him in a hurry, you're out of luck.
