As always, our experience was excellent. We have been taking our two dogs to Rancho Viejo since 03/2011 when we moved here. The staff is great, they truly love animals, and the doctors go above and beyond. On more than one occasion I have received calls back from the doctor late on a Saturday, They are very responsive and professional.

They are very good. Their veterinarians are amazing, and it's very clean. They are a little bit expensive, but it's worth it. They always call us the next day to make sure that our animals are doing good.

Great office. Friendly, clean and very professional. Dr. was extensive in the exam and took her time looking over our dog. She did not recommend any unnecessary products or treatments. The office even called us back the following day to see how our dog was doing after getting her shots. Wow...amazing service! Will definitely go back again!!
