Very responsive owner via email. Very nice talkative friendly installer. Good quality gates which we could not have installed ourselves as well. Those were the good parts. The bad Did not bring all materials out to first install appointment. Had to set up a second install. Had to ask for a new quote for these 2nd trip items including sizing information and images not requested previously. It was a lot of back and forth. At one point the owner nearly admitted that the right hand wasn't talking to the left. Info in her quote emails somehow were not getting to the installer. Seems silly when he comes out to the appointment, not her. Maybe this service is a better fit for celebrities who have hired help to be available to take service calls. I'd use again in a pinch.

We called for a quote on child proofing our home, left a detailed message for them (via the number on their website) and never received a callback.

We were referred to this company from The Rights Start. Jason came out and did a free inspection and estimate of our home giving us information about the services he would provide as well as tips for me that did not include his services. This included a recommendations such as ,"Remove hanging table clothes." This was helpful and showed me that he cared about our daughter's safety, not just about making a sale. We would use him again and feel good about recommending him to others.
