He found the problem. We had to replace the filter.
I was most impressed with my Stanley Plumbing experience. On the appointed date and time, a water heater delivery truck arrived at my house with a top quality commercial water heater and Don Stanley and a helper arrived as the driver got out of the truck. He first installed the water heater and put new earthquake straps that met current code on the water heater. The installation was very clean and very professional with no mess made with the process.
The toilet replacement was originally contemplated to be a Flulshmate unit replacement on a Gerber toilet purchased some years ago that had started leaking. During his installation, he noted that the leakage was due to a crack in the tank that was likely the result of the original installation being directly up against the wall and putting pressure on the tank portion of the toilet over a period of time. He then went to a local Lowe's and purchased a new high volume flush capacity toilet to replace the damaged Gerber model. He returned and had the toilet replacement completed in very short order and also went through the other toilets and made adjustments and replaced the flapper on one of them, resulting in that toilet operating the best I can ever recall since buying our home. Very professional and I and my wife had a very high level of confidence and satisfaction with his services and value for same. I would recommend Don Stanley with the highest possible rating for any plumbing services needs and he is a real class act in the world of contractors.

"I am disappointed the home owner was unable to reach us. I personally searched all messages in the Angie's list message center, the company email inbox and caller id records for the last 2 months but could not find any record of the homeowners contact. We make every effort toward good communication with our customers and delivering quality service so it is important to us to understand how a call or email could "fall through the cracks". When we, the service provider receive reviews online we can not view the customers email address or phone number to follow up we only see the name and street address. Should the homeowner happen to read this response to their review, it would be helpful to us to know a little bit more about how and when you attempted to contact us so we can make sure an opportunity to serve a customer is never missed by us again."
"We made 3 trips to the . The first trip was for the "Big Deal" water heater flush and plumbing inspection. We flushed 2 water heaters and did the visual plumbing inspection as advertised. We found very hard water and signs of rust from the galvanized water pipe. While draining the water heaters the water is turned off at the water heater. Once drained, turned back on to flush out the sediment. Trip #2: About 1/2 hour after leaving the we received a call from the homeowner, they had very low water pressure. We responded immediately and returned within 15-20 minutes. I found the main water shut-off valve in the front of the house had been turned almost all the way off. I asked the homeowner if he had turned the valve, he said yes he thought I had forgot to turn it back on. We never turned this valve. We turn the water off at the water heater not the main. The homeowner turned the water off thinking he was turning it on. We turned the water back on and did not charge for the extra trip. Trip #3: A couple days later we received a call from the home owner stating one of the water heaters is not producing hot water. we responded right away. upon arrival I found the thermostat had been turned down all the way on the water heater. I put the thermostat back on the default setting which is indicated on the dial and demonstrated the water heater was firing properly. again we did not charge for the trip. The main water heater does have a hot water circulation pump attached to it, however the service purchased was for the flush and visual inspection only. There were no adjustments made to the pump by us. The circulation pump operates on a timer much like a lamp timer. I would advise the homeowner to look at the on and off times set on the pump and to also make sure it is plugged in. We would be happy to return and help the homeowner with this issue if they request. Don Stanley Stanley Plumbing"
