ROMAN CABINETRY

Throughout the past three and a half years, we have had to beg and plead with the owner, Joe Grecco, to continue each step of the work in progress.  All we get are excuses, apologies, and more empty promises.  That is only when he decides to answer our calls, which most often he does not, and will not return our messages.
     As of June, 2013, there are missing cabinet pieces, cabinet parts that broke soon after installation that were not fixed, cabinet pieces that have not been stained to match the others, many cabinets without clear coating that have the stain peeling off, an entire cabinet and its parts sitting and waiting to be installed, and all cabinet doors that should have glass, missing glass.
      The owner, Joe Grecco, stated to us that he usually serves wealthy customers who pay top dollar for his work.  He expressed that he quoted us a very cheap price, which we agree he did, but it was his price, and we paid it in full.  Regret for quoting a low price is no excuse for cutting corners, leaving unfinished work, avoiding customers, not fulfilling an agreement, and lack of integrity.
      We have been very patient and reasonable, but three and a half years is too long to wait for one kitchen project to be finished.  Roman Cabinetry and Joe Grecco would not have waited this long to be paid.
      I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY.
