They were fantastic! They designed the cover and it looked great! They installed it in less than a week, just a few days. He was less than half of other quotes we got. We highly recommend them.

I would recommend Russ for your patio needs for the price, quality and workmanship of this one man band who will get the job done.  Sure there are other manufactures of higher quality aluminum but for a simple patio cover give Russ a call.

The owner, Russ, was professional and installed the new paitio covers himself.  From the estimate date to the finished install, Russ was here on time and keep us informed on each day of work and when the project would be completed.  The tear down of the old covers took one day and the install of the new covers took three working days.  I would recommend Payless Paito Covers to anyone looking to replace their old paito covers.  Payless was less than the other two companies that gave me prices.

Russ did the work himself, and it would be hard to find another installer with more professionalism and integrity, as easy to speak with, and with more clarity in regards to suggestions and project involvement than this man.  Everything was communicated clearly, and installed promptly without a hitch.  He was even able to arrive a day earlier to get some setups done prior to actual install date.  The only limitation was that Russ only works with aluminum for patio covers, but if you're already set on aluminum for your patio I'd bet my money on Russ.

Russ installed aluminum lattice cover for my patio this summer, and he did the job promptly with more professionalism and enthusiasm than anyone I had come across.  This is saying a lot for a guy whose been doing this more than anyone out there in my local.  His suggestions to us on the install was spot on, and we are more than satisfied with our new patio.  Thank you sir for your service, we've enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish.

After reading other customers' positive evaluations I set up an appointment with Russ. Our Initial meeting with Russ went very well. We discussed and he measured for our desired patio cover. We were astonished by his quote as it was half the price of a competitor. He explained in detail his product and method of installation (He does it all himself).  Russ' work was impeccable and time frame was spot on.

Russ was upfront and straight forward about time and cost. Said he would call a day ahead of scheduled start date to make sure. He did and got done in a timely manner. Did a great job!

I looked up patio covers on the internet and found them.  The fact that they had such good remarks helped in selecting them.  At first I was not going to get the Roman style supports but I really am glad I did.  It really makes the patio look spectacular!

Russ confirmed our appointment a few days in advance as well as the evening before.  As the owner of the business who takes obvious pride in his work and company he did all the install himself.  Any time I came out to see how it was going, he was completely fine with my intrusion and again answered any questions during the process.  The estimate was exactly what we paid.  The finished product is outstanding.  He did the job beautifully and within about 6 hours.  I wish I had more homes just to be able to use his excellent service and quality! 

I just wanted something basic and that's what Russ gave me.  He didn't try and talk me into anything I didn't want and his price was the best I find by far.  It looks great and Russ was very easy to work with.  A+!

Price was very reasonable and less than what we were quoted for the equivalent in wood. Russ Clark did the entire job from proposal to installation. Russ had another contractor tear down the old wood cover. Russ was always prompt and courteous, showed up at the specified time, returned all calls promptly, and performed qaulity work. Russ left the area clean and tidy when he was done. Highly recommended.

You probably won't find a better contractor than Russ Clark. He took the time to explain everything in detail, great price, excellent workmanship and he worked all day in 90 degree heat to finish the job. Highly recommended.

I found Russ on Angie's List.  He had great reviews so I called for an appointment to give an estimate on a new alumawood 12 / 20 foot patio cover.  We discussed my wants and he offered some suggestions.  We agreed on the design and the price (which was very good). 
Russ suggested he come out a day earlier than planned as it was going to rain in two days.  He completed the work in a day and a half.  I and my wife are extremely pleased with the finished product.

This job is costing more than I had planned as now my wife wants to buy more patio furniture and plants and lighting, etc.

I highly recommend Payless Patio and Russ.  He did a great job and I would use him again.
