It was an absolute pleasure working with Roger and Sam. They displayed a high level of integrity and took great pride in their work. We worked very closely with Roger throughout the project and he treated every decision as if it were for his own home. Our lender had a lot of requirements that other contractors would have decided to walk away, but Roger met every request without a single complaint. He also finished the project four weeks earlier than initially promised. We are thrilled with the finished project.

Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
My wife and I interviewed 7 contractors before meeting Rodger. The day we meet him I knew he was different. He showed up on time, was very professional, and listened to what we wanted. He is always on time, and calls when he says he's going to. We decided on Onscope and hired Rodger. Remodeling an entire condo is a huge undertaking and inconvenience for the owner. Rodger gave us a complete timeline for the project, and more than once went out of his way to make things as easy as possible for us. Rodger made sure everything was perfect. He is a stickler for details, and fit and finish was never an issue. The remodel turned out amazing. Very positive experience. We couldn't have been happier.

Was hoping for a good experience. Paid $42,800 for a room addition. Sam will promise you everything you want and fall short. Roger will come in and clean up Sams mess. At the end DO NOT PAY THESE GUYS TILL ITS ALL DONE. Had to argue and complain to OnScope aka Roger and Sam till this project was done. Not something you want to do when you have paid in full. They eventually finish the job after going back-and-forth.

The price mentioned included Architectural plans and permit Fees for 224s/f. With all the material and labor price that went up after the date of our contract, Onscope maintained the same price that was agreed on taking in consideration your financial situation. We listened to your comments and concerns about money and did not charge you for multiple added services that you requested. After the project was completed within budget and paid off you changed your mind on work that you had asked us to cancel but Onscope still delivered absorbing the additional cost. Everything that was promised and MORE by Onscope Services members was delivered and completed with high standards. We appreciate and take in consideration your comments"
