Gerry, the owner of Marvel is a great guy. From the very first visit for an estimate we knew we could trust his company. When it came to installation there was a problem getting the unit into our backyard. Gerry never came to us and asked us to cover the expense of a crane he just called one and they had the unit in on time and on estimate. Any additional problems we have had have been taken care of in a timely fashion and at no additional costs to us. Professional and trustworthy.

Initial call was to determine what may have been wrong. Of course, unit decided to work with no problem. Lucky, in our conversation after the work/assessment was done, the unit decided to show off it's true colours. Gerry recommended a replacement unit and explained the various parts and how the job would be done. We set a date for the install. The cost for this call was applied to the cost of the compressor unit 10 days later (my schedule, not theirs). The tech was right on time, had the unit installed and running in about 2 hours.
Overall, this was my first experience getting such a major replacement. I appreciated the time both guys spent explaning the problem with the old unit, the efficiency of the new unit and the great service on the day of installation.
