Kretzschmar Inspection

Conrad was an excellent choice for our home inspection. He responded to our online request and took our call answering our general questions prior to the inspection. He arrived promptly at the time of inspection. As first time homebuyers, we brought our family to the inspection. He was kind and approachable. At the end of the inspection, he walked us through the house and shared his findings and suggestions. He took the time to answer our questions and provided a copy of the report the next day. The report included pictures with arrows, signaling the point of damage. We’re very happy with our experience and would recommend him to anyone looking to inspect their home.

My homeowner?s insurance company (out of the blue) demanded a complete home inspection of all systems (plumbing, electrical, hvac, etc. plus the roof) immediately. I called Mr. Kretzschmar in the afternoon and he was at my home the next morning. He was very professional yet personable. The inspection was thorough including photos. The next day he provided a very thorough report in .pdf format which I could just send to my insurance company. I was comfortable having Mr. Kretzschmar in my home. I also appreciate his prompt response to my request, as well as his complete inspection and final report. I would definitely use his service again if my insurance company pulls this again. I would recommend Mr. Kretzschmar to anyone in need of a home inspection.

Excellent. Conrad was very professional, did a thorough inspection, and promptly followed up with a written summary. My only hesitation is that he announced that he wouldn't crawl under my house in the crawl space (which, in all honesty, is gross and full of spiderwebs and skunk poop). This led to a diagnosis of the pipes that was not entirely correct. This is a minor deal that wouldn't even be an issue with most houses. Overall, I would definitely recommend Conrad and hire him again in the future.

Conrad epitomized a professional. He agreed to conduct the home inspection on extremely short notice traveling across the city. He took his time to explain and identify issues with the home. He made sure I understood every step he took. I highly recommend him.

I looked at a few house inspectors but after speaking with conrad I was sold. He had incredible atttention to detail, took his time, explained anything I had questions on, and provided the report later that day. He was super accommodating and I believe he went above and beyond. If I need another house inspection, I got him on speed dial. Very professional, came prepared, arrived way ahead of time to avoid traffic hour, competitive pricing (best deal I found), accepts multiple forms of payment, worked with our schedule, inspection report was sent early the very next day since we did the inspection later in the afternoon/evening, Report was easy to read with clear pictures, Conrad walked us through the whole inspection and pointed things out if there was something off and told us what we would most likely need to do to fix them like if we would need to hiring someone or if it was a simple fix like replacing a part that could be bought Home Depot.
