We had an unusual and tricky problem with a condensate leak from our air conditioner. We had two contractors (including our regular service contractor, who's always provided excellent service and work) out to look at the unit, and although both made adjustments and repairs to the piping, neither was able to fully correct the problem. Brian came out, asked a number of good questions and looked at what the previous contractors had tried for repair. He made some minor additional piping adjustments, which corrected the problem once and for all. Moreover, he followed up with us a few weeks later to make sure that the problem had been fully corrected, before billing us for the repair. Hiatt Heating & AC was thorough and very professional. We'd highly recommend them.
