They were terrible. They were not on time. They did not stick to what they and and they did not stick to the price. They tried to nickel and dime us to death.

Pretty darn well. I think Brandon asks for a fair price and then he goes above & beyond to do a good job for his client.  He fixed problems he found when he was doing my house (like "mickey-mouse" wiring) instead of claiming it was outside the bounds of the contract or just covering it up again. His goal really is to make the client happy. He crew works hard, respects the property, and stands by their work.  I would hire them in a second if I needed them again.

Did a very good job. Clean, prompt and quality. Will recommend to anyone.

He was punctual and easy to work with. He was thorough and detail oriented and seemed to take real pride in what they were doing. He would think ahead to what we would need to give me time to make decisions or order whatever items we would have to have on hand. I had some particular concerns about how the multicolor uneven rugged slate floor tile would be installed as well as how our tricky glass backsplash would be done. They did a beautiful job with both difficult materials. He was flexible and open minded about working with some new LED lighting fixtures and unusual undermounted plug receptacles. What a surprise to have the job complete when he said it would be done (keeping in mind his estimate for time-without-a-kitchen was much shorter than the other bids as well). They were careful to clean up carefully at the end of the day. They even tried to keep the late nights and weekend days that they worked to times that we would not be home. No headaches or conflicts, either. We are so pleased and would recommend Brandon Noriega Construction highly!
